Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment Information

    Payments are based on the charter contract between DeNure Charters and the client.  With the signed contract or payment of a deposit, it is deemed that the Terms and Conditions of DeNure Charters are accepted by the client.  If the details for the contract have not yet been finalized, but the client wishes to hold the dates, a best estimate for the contract amount will be provided by DeNure Charters and used as the basis for the deposit amount, with the understanding that the final details will be provided according to our terms and conditions:  www.denurecharters.com/terms-conditions 


    DeNure Charters has the right to cancel reservations if payments are not received according to the schedule below, and may withhold any payments already made.  Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cheque, VISA, MasterCard or American Express or Interac Debit at the office.  The chart below provides details for deposit and final payment requirements, as well as cancellation charges.  After submitting the deposit, the balance can be paid in installments, as long as the amount owed is paid in full by the required date.


    For last-minute charters, reserved close to the departure date, if DeNure Charters has not received payment in full, at least 24 hours prior to the required departure time, vehicles will not be dispatched, and all funds received are non-refundable.

  • Changes to Reserved Charters

    Changes to the requested charter contract while deposits are fully refundable have no administration fee.  


    Changes in the departure date, the number and/or type of vehicle will be subject to availability and may result in a revised contract price and administration fee, and moving the charter departure date forward will make all payments due according to the payment schedule below. If changes cannot be accommodated, the charter will be deemed cancelled, and subject to cancellation penalties.

  • Cancellation Charges

    In the unlikely circumstance that DeNure Charters must cancel a reservation, all money is refunded if no suitable alternative is chosen.

  • Legal Disclosure

    Funds advanced to DeNure Charters are held in trust by DeNure Tours Inc.  Although not a requirement of the Ontario Travel Industry Act and Regulations, our experience as a tour operator has demonstrated that this is a “best practice.”

Payment & Cancellation Chart

In the chart below, the "number of days" is the number of days until departure.

* If another request is submitted more than 60 days out for the same date(s), the client will be called with the option to pay the deposit to hold the dates(s), or to cancel.


** If there is no pre-authorized credit card on file, full payment will include an additional $500 for a damage deposit. If the charter is cancelled, the damage deposit is 100% refundable.
